Biometric data processed and encrypted on the in-store hardware. GDPR and AI Act compliance dossier available.
Animated sequence: the store camera recognises an employee on her way out; the photograph is encrypted and sealed into a packet; the in-store hardware processes it locally, with no internet connection, and the only thing that comes out is the text event Paula left at 21:00; the event lands at the top of the platform’s clock-in log; finally, one click on Export to payroll software generates the file for the month.

Compliance
Processing employees’ biometric data is the most sensitive part of any attendance system. So that is where we started.
Biometric templates are encrypted and never leave the hardware installed in the store. The only thing sent to the server, hosted in the European Union, is pseudonymised clock-in events.
Processing designed under Article 18 of the Portuguese Labour Code and the GDPR, with a data protection impact assessment (DPIA), information provided to every employee, and a card alternative for anyone who does not consent to biometric enrolment.
A GDPR and AI Act compliance dossier with 10 documents: DPIA, record of processing activities, retention policy, data breach procedure, processor agreements, among others. Available to customers and auditors on request.
Pricing
The price depends on the number of sites, the number of employees and what your operation needs. Request a proposal and tell us the size of the operation: the rest fits in a 20-minute meeting.
