What this website collects

This website collects personal data in exactly one place: the contact form. Name, company, email, approximate team size and the message you write. We use this data for one thing only: replying to you. No profiling, no marketing lists, no selling of data.

Form submissions reach us by email through Resend, Inc., acting as a processor. The request also passes through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that it does not come from a bot, without making anyone decipher traffic lights.

What this website does not use

Tracking cookies. Visit statistics come from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and identifies no visitors. That is why you see no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

How long we keep it

Emails from the form stay in our mailbox while the commercial conversation is alive and for at most 12 months after the last contact. After that, they are deleted.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, through the data protection officer's email. We reply within the legal deadline. If you believe we have failed you, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (cnpd.pt).

Biometric data

This website processes no biometric data. The biometric processing done by the Notchel product happens on the hardware installed at customer sites and has its own documentation: the GDPR and AI Act compliance dossier, available on request.
