From diagnosis to deployment, we find where manual effort is costing you and build the software that removes it. You pay only once the return is proven.
Systems that run the admin work and plug into the tools you already use.
Models that handle the repetitive decisions, not just the data entry.
We implement at no cost. You pay only after you've seen the return.
We find the manual, repetitive work draining your operation, and build systems that quietly do it instead.
Systems that execute the administrative work done by hand today, integrated with the ERP, sheets and apps you already run.
AI that reads, routes, drafts and decides across your repetitive processes, with a human in the loop where it matters.
We open with one question: how many hours a week does this give back? No clear return, no build.
A back-of-the-envelope read on whether there's enough volume to justify software. In the diagnosis we validate it with your real numbers.
You tell us where the operation snags. We listen and see if there's something worth building.
We map the tasks, systems and data, and put an estimated return on the table.
We build and ship the first system. You test it in your operation, risk-free.
If the return is clear, we agree the model and keep going. If it isn't, you owe nothing.
No account managers between you and the build. Whoever pitches is whoever implements.
No advances, no setup fees, no retainers. You pay only once the value is proven.
The three founders do the work themselves, end to end. No account managers, no handoffs.
We don't bill by the hour. We build systems that remove the work.
If the return isn't clear, we say so and stop, at no cost to you.

Not a pilot deck. Real operations, with the software live and doing the work.

We work directly with operators. The product is whatever measurably reduces their manual work.

The repeatable work between systems: copying order data, weekly reports, invoice checks, scheduling updates, supplier emails, spreadsheet cleanup and similar admin loops. A strong first project is one task your team repeats every week and already knows is wasting time.
Usually not. Notchel sits on top of the ERP, POS, inboxes, spreadsheets, payroll or scheduling tools you already use, then removes the manual handoffs between them. If replacing a tool is genuinely better, we say that during the diagnosis.
Zapier and Make are useful for simple triggers. A chatbot answers questions. Notchel maps the workflow, builds the integration or software around your actual process, handles exceptions and owns the system until it removes the work. AI is used only where it earns its place.
We choose one workflow, connect only the tools needed, run it on your operation and measure the hours or errors removed. You see the system working before committing. If it does not prove its return, you do not pay.
Only the access needed for the agreed workflow. We work with least-privilege accounts, API keys where possible, and human approval for sensitive steps. We can work under an NDA or DPA when the operation requires it.
After the free trial, once the return is visible in your own operation. The standard model is a flat monthly price per person, with no setup fee, no long contract and no exit fee. If your workflow needs a different model, we agree it before anything scales.
The diagnosis is usually done inside a week. A first useful workflow can be live in two to four weeks once access is available. Larger integrations normally take 30 to 90 days to become a production system.
Run the full thing on your own operation. You only pay once it's proven.
